Position: Aviation Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Responsibilities:
Interpret and communicate aviation regulations to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly in EMM, to integrate regulatory requirements seamlessly into business processes.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Stay abreast of regulatory updates and proactively communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance awareness and understanding of aviation regulations within the organization.
Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities to facilitate open communication and ensure a positive relationship.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in aviation regulatory compliance, with a deep understanding of EMM processes.
Strong knowledge of national and international aviation regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex regulations in a clear and concise manner.
Proven track record of successfully implementing compliance programs within the aviation sector.
