As the KYC AML Business analyst within Client Lifecycle Management, your role will include
This role is to provide Technology guidance, and support throughout EMEA for the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) suite of software technology solutions.
Interact with our internal clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, design solutions, and implement accordingly working with other stakeholders throughout the Bank
Stakeholders include Front Office, Operations, Financial Crime Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, Middle Office and other Technology teams who interact with the CLM technology stack
This role is responsible for understanding and assessing the changing needs of the business that impact CLM Technology. They will be required to analyse the impacts of change, document and support communication between relevant groups and stakeholders, and document functional requirements needed to initiate a change through to deliveryThis is a really interesting role with genuine challenges and real areas of interest for you to develop yourself for the long term
You will act as the point of contact for Client Lifecycle Management in EMEA for technology
And in the medium term, you will help implementation of industry leading 'best in class technology' to streamline the end-to-end CLM process, through to Go-Live planning so this is a real career making opportunity
Role requirements
A good understanding and experience of Client Lifecycle Management technology
Experience in System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) especially in the CLM space
Able to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills (both written and verbal)
Able to produce gap analysis/requirements, workflows and high-quality functional requirement documents covering current and future state proposals and articulate granular level detail into high level summaries.
Expertise in banking products, prior experience of providing regulatory analysis and translating business requirements documentation into Functional Requirements
Proven ability to analyse current and future regulatory or business requirements and translate them into practical implications for specific CLM processes and systems
