Job Summary
The Service Regulatory Compliance Manager leads the regulatory compliance program which has substantial impact on the company’s compliance and operational objectives. This includes ensuring a variety of areas of responsibility (AORs) are in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations; and that behaviors meet the Global Code of Conduct.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilizes advanced knowledge of property & casualty operations and contact center regulatory compliance to understand potential impacts to the enterprise
- Directs and guides the strategy of the Personal Property-Liability (PPL) – Service regulatory compliance program
- Reviews and assesses (often in partnership with Legal) the impact of significant or highly complex law changes and communicates outcomes to the appropriate stakeholders
- Influences proper managing, monitoring, reporting, and escalation structure to optimize regulatory compliance
- Performs and/or leads others in regulatory compliance reviews/audits, researching and gathering of information
- Evaluates assessments of compliance findings and recommends mitigating controls
- Accountable to manage, monitor, report and escalate regulatory compliance issues
- Collects, analyzes, and reports on PPL – Service regulatory compliance results according to schedule and works toward timely resolution of non-compliance issues
- Leads projects and/or the development of specific processes associated with regulatory compliance and ethics that have an impact on the organization
- Apprises, influences and advises senior leadership regarding the risk and compliance environment
- Communicates specialized subject matter with internal and external clients effectively. Provides consultation to senior leaders
- Resolves, assists, advises and presents regulatory compliance and ethics information to others
- Shares industry and/or corporate trends across AORs to influence or inform regulatory compliance process owners
- May be an Individual Contributor, lead direct reports and influence leaders at multiple levels
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in property & casualty regulatory compliance in an operations and contact center environment.
- Compliance certifications not required, but encouraged
- Highly developed relationship management, influencing and leadership skills
- Program/project management and Agile experience
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and influence across multiple levels

- Answers inquiries of a complex nature requiring interpretation of policies, procedures, rules and regulations
- Delivers presentations that provide line of sight, state or recommend direction, provide solutions or explain processes

- Monitors/enhances communication network
- Exercises independent judgment in resolving inquiries from multiple business areas and/or departments
- Develops and fosters positive relationships across multiple departments
Compensation Data
The compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 per year and includes a bonus, based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
