Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

In the role of Consultant, you will be engaged in delivering services to banks, regarding AML & KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, and Financial Crime Transformation of Client’s functions and processes, such as AML & KYC or TM. You will be supporting Client’s and Capgemini Invent project teams with your anti-financial crime expertise.

• Participate in AML & KYC and Transaction Monitoring related projects as required (e.g. AML & KYC remediations)
• Support the design, development and delivery of the anti-financial crime programs
• Identify gaps and proposes solutions that minimize risks emerging from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors
• Undertake checks to ensure adherence to all compliance policies, procedures and regulatory obligations
• Support efficiency improvement initiatives in the anti-financial crime function
• Cooperation with other teams and units in the development of the tools and models 
• Ability to work on the client's site and willingness to travel abroad

What duties will help you grow?

• Minimum 2  years of experience in the field of AML & KYC and/or Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions, preferably in a financial institution and/or consulting firm
• Strong English skills, knowledge of other European language would be an advantage
• Strong interest in anti-financial crime domain
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
• Considerable analytical and research/investigative skills
• Capability to communicate effectively with others
• Team player with sense of initiative
• Positive, passionate and committed
• Critical thinker
