We are seeking to recruit to a highly motivated and organised individual (Nurse or Occupational Therapist) into the Forensic Support Service to work as a Forensic Outreach Practitioner.
The post holder will work alongside the team at The Alderley Unit and Saddlebridge Recovery Centre to help coordinate and assess referrals into the low secure beds and help plan for smooth and timely discharges.
The individual will need to demonstrate a high level of organisation and time management to ensure that timescales are adhered to. The development of excellent communication with a range of stakeholders will be necessary as part of the role.
Supervision will be provided via the Forensic Support Service.
The role will be based on the Soss Moss site.
