Derbyshire Constabulary are looking to recruit x2 Forensic Administration Officer on a full-time and part time, permanent basis.

The role will be based at the Arrow Centre, Nottingham.

You will be supporting the East Midlands Special Operations Unit (EMSOU) which is one of the largest collaborative policing units in the country focusing on the disruption and investigation of Serious and Organised Crime.

Providing a high level of service to the team you will assist by providing professional administrative support to all the internal units within EMSOU-Forensic Services.

EMSOU-FS units including: Forensic Case Management, Exhibit Handling, Regional Fingerprint Bureau, Imaging, FAS Laboratory, Drug Laboratory and Quality and Performance including but not exclusive to data entry, exhibit handling / tracking, conference room bookings and associated clerical duties as required.
Having great communication skills is key in this role as you will be in contact with external agencies and customers as well as the team and officers working within EMSOU.
