This is a broad customer facing role within the Customer Services Department (CSD), providing a highly professional and exceptional service to customers both internally and externally. The tasks associated with this role are wide ranging and therefore job holders will be required to be flexible and demonstrate effective teamwork in achieving the day to day work objectives of the department.
Duties & Responsibilities
Support the CSD Manager in providing a day to day CSD administrative service to the operational/scientific teams.
To respond to customer queries and, follow departmental procedures with a high level of accuracy in what is a strictly regulated environment.
To coordinate the efficient administration of exhibit management with emphasis on continuous improvement
To meet, greet and register all KFS Visitors in adherence with KFS security policy and guidelines.
Coordinate an efficient telephone, postal and stationery service
Coordination of meeting room, travel bookings and company vehicle booking administration
To support other general administration tasks as required, including a high volume of casefiles

Administration skills desirable

Strong IT capability to include Microsoft Office and excel

GCSE Maths & English, A levels or equivalent desirable
Previous experience in customer service or administration environments are essential
Terms & Conditions
Salary £19,000 per annum – (£16,800 PA whilst on a 6 month probation period)
Hours – 37 per week
Holidays – 25 days per annum plus statutory holidays
Pension – Contributory
