Your role: Driving our company’s Compliance portfolio as Compliance Lead of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program. You will be the Global AML officer, managing the entire end-to-end global AML portfolio including performing risk assessments, adjusting policies & procedures, monitoring/quality assurance measures based on new laws and risks, developing targeted trainings & awareness campaigns, screening and documentation of high risk transactions incl. reporting process to FIU, coordinating regular updates in the transparency register. You will lead interdisciplinary project teams, manage stakeholders and stay in close contact with the Finance, Legal, Compliance Officers, Business and Group Functions. You will support other global Compliance Projects to continuously improve our Compliance Management System.

Who you are:

• Graduate degree in economics, law or equivalent
• At least 9 years of job experience with a minimum of 6 years in Compliance & Anti-Money Laundering, pharma and life science background a plus
• Very good experiences in anti-money laundering legal obligations and managing complex and interdisciplinary projects
• Strong communication skills and business orientation in interactions with senior management and other stakeholders, and with solid analytical skills
• Fluent in English
