Crisis Worker (Bank/Zero Hours) – Kent
Mountain Healthcare Limited is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity within the county of Kent. You would be based at the Beech House SARC, Kent.
As part of the role you could be required to work in other locations or regional SARC’s.
This service has been commissioned to support communites and the team consists of, but is not limited to, Crisis Workers, Forensic Nurse Examiners and Sexual Offence Examiners. This service aims to improve the immediate medical response and aftercare offered to victims of sexual assault and rape.
Mountain Healthcare are a specialist business already providing similar services to 14 other SARCs in locations across the UK.
We are registered with the CQC for the provision of these services and we are looking for Crisis Workers to come and join our team.
For this role you will work as part of a bank of Crisis Workers who will help cover the service (predominantly) out of office hours, including nights and weekends.
Experience of dealing with victims of sexual assault, or a background in sexual health/GU medicine/counselling or any other related area of work would be an advantage but not mandatory, as full support and substantive training will be provided.
There are currently no associated qualification requirements for this vacancy.
