Mountain Healthcare Limited is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for Nurses based in or around York and Hull.

Each region has its own dedicated SARC (sexual assault referral centre) which offers support and practical help to anyone who has been a victim of rape or sexual assault. This service is co-funded by the Police and the NHS.

The nursing team are responsible for providing a dedicated 24/7 service for the forensic and acute requirements.

We are looking for dedicated Nurses to come and join our fantastic team.

There is currently a vacancy for a full-time Forensic Nurse Examiner.

The successful candidate will be based in York, North Yorkshire. You could be required to travel to other regional locations including our SARC in Hull, and shift times may vary as the service 24/7.

It is essential that candidates have previous experience of working with vulnerable people and can demonstrate effective interpersonal skills. Experience of dealing with victims of sexual assault will be an advantage, although full support and training will be provided. The training will be substantive and will require a high level of commitment but we are excited to be able to offer you a fantastic training programme and include opportunities to undertake higher qualifications.
