Meraki Talent’s leading Financial Services client are looking for an AML Analyst to join their team in Glasgow. The role holder will join a growing and dynamic team in an environment that will provide market leading opportunities for development and upward mobility due to business expansion.
Responsibilities of the AML Analyst:
-Collect relevant documentation and information and conduct relevant analysis
-Ensure that the firm remains compliant with relevant AML regulations, identifying and assessing risks
-Advise other key business stakeholders on AML processes, policies, and regulations
-Analyst funds received by the business and action as required
-Report any unusual activity to the MLRO
Background of the AML Analyst:
-Understanding of money laundering regulations, and financial crime policies/processes
-Experience working in a financial or professional services environment
-Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex data
-Ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure
