The Fair Housing Investigator’s duties will include but are not limited to
- Timely Processing of all assigned cases to ensure final action is attained without delay to the investigator.
- Conducting investigations following established standards, procedures and quality requirements of the SCHAC
- Determining eligibility and jurisdiction of cases.
- Updating investigation notes daily in teapots system.
- Providing information, advice and assistance regarding individual’s rights and general provisions and obligations to respondents, complainants, various groups and organizations.
- Participating in trainings. workshops and meetings as required.
